Terms

Terms of Service

These Terms describe the baseline rules for using LP1, including Page Owner responsibilities, hosted Pages, Page Assets, Visitor Form Submissions, AI features, External AI Clients, and launch-stage service limits.

Launch draft effective July 28, 2026

This launch-stage legal page is provided for product transparency and is not legal advice. It should be reviewed by counsel before LP1 relies on it as a final legal document.

Using LP1

LP1 lets Page Owners create, edit, preview, publish, host, and collect responses from landing Pages. You must provide accurate account information, keep your sign-in credentials secure, and use LP1 only in compliance with applicable law.

LP1 is launch-stage software. Features, limits, pricing, availability, and product surfaces may change as the service develops.

Page Owner responsibilities

Page Owners are responsible for the Page HTML, copy, offers, claims, links, forms, Page Assets, custom domains, visitor notices, and compliance obligations for Pages they publish through LP1.

You must not publish unlawful, infringing, deceptive, harmful, abusive, or security-sensitive content. You must not use LP1 to collect sensitive Visitor information unless you have the legal right, required notices, and operational controls to do so.

Hosted Pages and Page Assets

When you publish a Page, LP1 may make the Page and referenced Page Assets available on LP1-hosted domains, custom domains, or other published hostnames configured for the service.

You grant LP1 the rights needed to host, cache, process, display, transmit, and back up your Page HTML, Page Assets, Page Metadata, and related configuration solely to provide and support the service.

Visitor Form Submissions

If you use platform-managed Form capture, LP1 may receive, validate, store, display, export, and delete Form Submissions for your Pages. Form Submissions can include the Visitor's Submission Payload and Submission Attribution collected when the form is submitted.

You are responsible for deciding what your forms collect, providing any required privacy notice or consent, responding to Visitor requests, and using exported submissions lawfully.

AI features and External AI Clients

LP1's AI features can generate or edit Page HTML from your instructions and Page context. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated output before publishing, including factual claims, legal text, accessibility, tracking, scripts, and form behavior.

If you approve an External AI Client, it may use a capability-scoped Owner API Token to act on your behalf within the LP1 External API. You are responsible for the capabilities you grant, for reviewing consequential actions, and for revoking access when it is no longer needed.

Measurement, Experiments, and automation

LP1 can record first-party Marketing Events, calculate Page Set metrics, assign Visitors to Experiment Arms, identify outliers, and evaluate Automation Policies. Traffic and conversion data can be noisy or manipulated, so you remain responsible for business decisions and for confirming that Pages, goals, and traffic sources are appropriate.

Observe, draft, test, and publish modes have different consequences. Publish automation requires explicit owner opt-in and is designed to enforce configured budgets, cooldowns, minimum samples, Experiment limits, statistical evidence, and stop-loss rules. These controls reduce risk but do not guarantee business performance or prevent every incorrect or unwanted result.

Webhook Destinations

You may configure LP1 to send signed Marketing Events to public HTTPS Destinations you control or are authorized to use. You are responsible for the endpoint, signing secret, recipient permissions, downstream storage, and lawful handling of the delivered information.

LP1 retries some transient failures and exposes delivery history and replay, but it does not guarantee that a third-party endpoint will remain available or process an event exactly once. Form Submission and Marketing Event capture remain separate from external delivery.

Third-party services

LP1 uses third-party infrastructure and service providers, including Cloudflare for hosting and delivery, authentication providers, AI model providers, analytics when enabled, and other operational vendors.

Published Pages may include Page Owner-supplied links, scripts, tracking tags, forms, or destinations. LP1 is not responsible for third-party services that Page Owners choose to embed, link, or configure.

Service limits and availability

LP1 may apply account, Page, asset, form, submission, API, token, rate, publishing, storage, or custom-domain limits to keep the service reliable and secure.

LP1 may suspend or restrict access when needed to address abuse, security risk, legal risk, operational harm, unpaid usage when billing exists, or violations of these Terms.

Disclaimers and contact

LP1 is provided as launch-stage software without guarantees that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for every Page Owner workflow. You are responsible for keeping independent copies of important Page content and exported data.
